RETURN ACCEPTABLE

If the item has manufacturer defect, a return request may be made via “Order Detail” within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued.

*7 business days of receipt means = 7 days from the date of item(s) received

In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

SHIPPING POLICY

• All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address.
• Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded.
• Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier.
